Run your own pipeline --------------------- Refer to :ref:`tutorial1` and then launch your pipeline with: :: $ neuxus my_pipeline.py Command line options -------------------- :: usage: neuxus [-h] [-f] [-l {DEBUG,INFO}] [-e] pipeline # NeuXus main script positional arguments: pipeline Path to the pipeline script file optional arguments: -h, --help show this help message and exit -f, --file Store logs in a log file, default is on cmd window -l {DEBUG,INFO}, --loglevel {DEBUG,INFO} Specify the log level, default is INFO -e, --example To run an example from NeuXus Change the log level with (default level is INFO): :: $ neuxus my_pipeline.py -l DEBUG This will display what data enters each Node. To save logs in a file, run: :: $ neuxus my_pipeline.py -l DEBUG -f The file is saved in the same directory you run NeuXus.
